Renovations
In January 2006, Silverdale Beach Hotel evolved into an independent hotel with the primary goal of maintaining more flexible management and marketing practices.
Operating under the Red Lion umbrella was a positive, growing experience for the hotel, which has been owned by Josef Diamond since 1986 - and still is today.
Interior renovations are in process at the hotel, which have included remodeling and decorating the lobby, Auto Bar, Joel’s Java, elevators, business center and a few of the rooms. Josef’s Restaurant, the meeting rooms and all of the guest rooms will be remodeled to create the warm, inviting atmosphere desired by the hotel’s ownership and management.
