The Kitsap Peninsula is one of those great places where you can escape the city without leaving its comforts. Kitsap County boasts 283 miles of scenic saltwater frontage along the bays and inlets of Hood Canal, Dyes Inlet, Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. When you crest Ridgetop Hill headed west on a crisp fall afternoon, the breathtaking view of the snow-capped Olympic Mountain range can make you forget just about anything.
