It’s here! It’s finally here again! That’s right, it’s time for the…
The premier cultural event on the Kitsap Peninsula, this is where the community really comes together! Taking place August 22-25 at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds in Bremerton, there’s SO MUCH TO DO at the County Fair!
With dozens of exhibitors, vendors workshops, rides and more, any day you show up is going to a blast – but that’s not even accounting for the daily shows!
Throughout the 4 days of the fair, you can see Karen Quest, certified cowgirl, performing her trademark rope tricks in an entertaining show complete with hilarious banter! Or watch Rhys Thomas perform his “Jugglemania” show, a world-class spectacle of all sorts of juggling and balancing!
If you’re looking for something a little more mystical, then you need to check out Kevin Wolfe’s comedy hypnosis show, a fast-paced and hilarious testament to the power of the human mind! From there, be sure to see Trevor and Lorena Watters’ HILARIOUS magic show, where this married couple will wow you both their illusions and their chemistry!
What’s a stampede without a little bit of country? Cowboy Buck & Elizabeth will hold down the fort every day with their original brand of folksy tune, and different artists will take to the Cowboy Corrall stage every night to make you kick up your heels and dance! This year’s line-up includes Jessie Leigh, Dakota Poorman, The Bootlegs and MORE! Check here for full line-up and schedule.
And that’s not to mention the real reason for the stampede – the rodeo! Come Wednesday, August 22 to check out the PRCA Xtreme Bullriding show! This is not one to miss – these are some of the world’s wildest bulls and most talented cowboys!
The Kitsap County Fair and Stampede is truly exciting, and we look forward to it every year. If you’re thinking of attending, book a room at the Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel for a relaxing oasis away from the action… so you can rest up and return the next day!
